From a lyric to a riverbank
Kokomo takes its name from a song about a paradise that doesn't exist. We took it from a lyric to a riverbank at the centre of the Gold Coast — riverfront land with golf courses on two sides — and made it the high-end address Carrara had never had.
What we held to

A full V-ZUG kitchen in every residence, stone, timber-lined ceilings. Wherever a resident touches the building, the specification holds.
An environmental standard we hold ourselves to
A 26.5 kW solar system on the common property, low-water subtropical planting, and more than half the site left open — tower cover is 41.7 per cent.
