Landscape by DBI

A subtropical garden laid between two buildings and a river. To reach the water, you walk through it.

01 · The Pool

One pool, two rhythms

Two 25-metre lap lanes on one side; two shallow zones and a deep zone on the other.

Morning laps and an afternoon in the shallows share the same water, and never the same lane.

02 · The Gardens

Walked, not driven

Riverside gardens, and a landscaped walkway that joins the two buildings to each other and to the water.

Heavy subtropical planting through every common area. The path is slow on purpose.

A pontoon at the end of the garden

A shared touch-and-go pontoon on the Nerang.

Step down from the lawn and the river runs on, past the golf courses, to Surfers Paradise and the Broadwater.
