Privacy Policy

This statement explains what happens to information collected through this website, which is operated by Brick Stone Development Pty Ltd, the developer of Kokomo Gold Coast (“we”). It is written to meet the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

When you register your interest we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, the residences you are interested in, your buying situation and timeframe, how you heard about Kokomo, and whether you would like an inspection. We also record the page you registered from and any campaign codes in the link you followed.

When you browse the site we collect information about the visit that does not identify you: which pages and sections were viewed, how far you scrolled, what was clicked, and the type of device. Where Google Analytics is enabled it sets cookies to do this; our own measurement does not use cookies.

If you reach the site through an advertisement or email from realestate.com.au, a script from realestate.com.au keeps that advertisement's reference in your browser and, if you register, tells realestate.com.au that the advertisement led to an enquiry. It does not receive the details you enter. If the script fails, it may send realestate.com.au a technical error report.

How we use it

Enquiry details are used to respond to you, arrange inspections and send you information about Kokomo Gold Coast that you have asked for. They are shared with the project's selling agent, Queensland Sotheby's International Realty, for that purpose. Registering does not sign you up to marketing, and we do not sell personal information.

Browsing information is used to understand how the site is used and to improve it.

Your choices

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, neither our analytics nor the realestate.com.au measurement runs. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You may ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by calling 1300 343 288.

Storage and security

Enquiries are delivered to our sales team and the systems they use, which may be operated by providers outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold.
